11 October 1915 The allies discussed the evacuation for the first time
17 October 1915 General Birdwood replaced General Ian Hamilton, commander-in-chief of the Allied Forces. Ian Hamilton left Gallipoli region.
26 October 1915 Turkish commander-in-chief appointed Mustafa Kemal to command the 16th Army Corps that was formed by uniting 9th, 11th, and 12th Divisions.
30 October 1915 French submarine Turquoise was taken captive
31 October 1915 Commander-in-Chief Enver Pasha, Ahmet Izzet Pasha, Lieut. Col. Feldman and Adjutant Kazim visited the headquarters of Suvla Group. Enver Pasha and Mustafa Kemal discussed the condition of the war. Later they rode to Ismailoglu Hill.
